Practicing Yoga Reduces Stress

Studies revealed that Yoga has become very popular worldwide with it’s amazing benefits. According to a research conducted on a group of people it is now proved that the person practicing yoga on a regular basis are getting benefits in all aspects mostly they feel stress free. Yoga has proved to be very effective at reducing symptoms of depression.Scores for depression, anxiety and stress decrease at first with scores for rumination and worry with constant practice and follow ups. Recent studies suggest that yoga-based interventions promise for depressed mood and that they are feasible for patients with chronic, treatment-resistant depression.
