Atelophobia: Fear of being imperfect

Atelophobia is a mental condition in which a person always thinks himself of as a failure. Atelophobics in spite of being talented always gets the fear of being imperfect. It can be a serious issue if not treated at the right time. Atelophobics generally get judged by the people of society where they are usually listed as failures. They always stay behind to take initiatives because of this fear. One way to help these people out is to treat them at right time by consulting a psychiatrist or by encouraging them to take initiatives instead of fearing of failures.
